How long does it take?
Two to five weeks depending on the package. The clock starts when you send us copy, photos and access.
What if I do not like it?
Two rounds of changes included. And if you are not happy when we finish, you do not pay.
Is the website mine?
Yes. Domain, content and code in your name from day one. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you.
Any hidden costs later?
No. Hosting and support are included for the first year. After that, keeping it running costs from €600 a year, and we tell you before we start.
Do I need to understand computers?
No. We hand everything over working and show you how to change what you need to.
Do you work outside your area?
Yes, everything is done remotely. We meet over video and it works just as well.

Payment
50% on accepting the proposal and 50% on delivery. On monthly plans, direct debit.
Revisions
Two rounds of changes included in every project. From the third onwards, €75 an hour.
Deadlines
They start when we receive your copy, photos and access. We send you a checklist so you know what is needed.
Rush jobs
Delivery in under 10 days: 30% surcharge.
Ownership
Everything we build is yours: domain, content and code, in your name from day one.
