What does it cost?
It depends on what you need, which is why there is no rate card here: a four-page site and a shop with three hundred products have nothing in common. Tell us about your case and you get a closed proposal within 48 hours, no obligation.
How long does it take?
Two to five weeks depending on scope. The clock starts when you send us copy, photos and access.
What if I do not like it?
Two rounds of changes included. And if you are not happy when we finish, you do not pay.
Is the website mine?
Yes. Domain, content and code in your name from day one. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you.
Any hidden costs later?
No. Hosting and support are included for the first year. After that there is a running cost, and we tell you before we start, not after.
Do I need to understand computers?
No. We hand everything over working and show you how to change what you need to.
Do you work outside your area?
Yes, everything is done remotely. We meet over video and it works just as well.

How we quote
Every project is priced on what it needs, not off a rate card. We talk, we look at your case, and you get a closed proposal within 48 hours.
What a closed proposal is
Price and deadline in writing before we start. What you sign is what you pay: no surprises halfway through.
Payment
Half on accepting the proposal and half on delivery. On monthly plans, direct debit.
Revisions
Two rounds of changes included in every project. From the third onwards we quote it separately, and you know before it happens.
Deadlines
They start when we receive your copy, photos and access. We send you a checklist so you know what is needed.
Rush jobs
We can deliver faster than usual. It carries a surcharge, and we tell you when we quote.
Ownership
Everything we build is yours: domain, content and code, in your name from day one.
Validity
Proposals stand for 15 days from the day we send them.
